Cancellation Policy
Sabi Power Systmes believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
You have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at +91 98404 23433. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
If you cancel your order before your product dispatched, we will refund minus 3.5% in total amount (adjusted towards pay u gateway payment charges) in case of pre-paid order.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, refund can only be done if the product is unopened, undamaged and returned back to Sabi Power Systems in the same condition as it was received in. Keep in mind however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer.
Your refund will be processed with 24-48 hrs after your product has been receive and inspected at Sabi Power Systems warehouse.

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible and you should receive a Order cancellation email accordingly.
Sabi Power Systems has the right to cancel your order in case of insufficient stocks or in case of any suspicious order transactions. Auto cancellation may also be triggered by the administration end in case of any improper order placement (like incomplete address) and/or due to any technical difficulties.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
In the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us.
Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
Availability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.
